C SERIES:
Horizontal Laminar Flow Clean Air Workstation (includes Bullet Legs – 44”D) . A free-standing console design providing an ISO 5 / Class 100 atmosphere in an operator workstation environment. Completely self-contained, it functions effectively in an uncontrolled area. Clearance under the work surface allows for installation of sinks, tanks, plumbing & other special equipment. The unit is stationary, permitting electric, gas & water hookups. Individually tested and certified to meet or exceed the specifications for Unidirectional Flow Clean-Air Devices as per Institute of Environmental Sciences and Technology IEST-RP-CC002.2.

CI SERIES:
Horizontal Laminar Flow Clean Air Workstation – (Isolated Table) – A free-standing console design providing an ISO 5 / Class 100 atmosphere in an operator work station environment. Completely self-contained, it functions effectively in an uncontrolled area. The CI series has an isolated work table for critical microscope measurements, or when vibration is extremely important. This unit features woodboard construction with high pressure laminate exterior, clear acrylic side panels, high efficiency motor blowers, recessed lighting, and solid state airflow control. Individually tested and certified to meet the specifications for Laminar Flow Clean-Air Devices as perIES-RP-CC-002-86.

TS SERIES:
Table Mount Horizontal Laminar Flow Clean Air Workstation – Designed to be mounted on an existing work bench or optional base cabinet (Table top unit). Provides an ISO 5 / Class 100 atmosphere in an operator workstation environment. Completely self-contained, it functions effectively in an uncontrolled area. Individually tested and certified to meet or exceed the specifications for Laminar Flow Clean-Air Devices as perInstitute of Environmental ScienceIES-RP-CC-002-86.

Filter: Three inch HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) type, aerosol challenged, zero probed. Aluminum frame mini-pleat design, Minimum efficiency of 99.99% at .3 microns.

Pre-filter: 1″ bonded polyfiber media minimizes surface-loading. Quick-release aluminum frame. Easily accessible from front of unit. 78 % arrestance – 56-57 ASHRAE.

Airflow: Average measured clean air velocity 80 fpm (+/-20 fmp), measured values within +/- 20% uniformity.

Construction: Woodboard construction for minimum noise & vibration. White and blue plastic laminate finish. Clear acrylic side panels for visibility. Rear-loaded HEPA filter. Protective plastic egg crate diffuser screen in front of HEPA filter keeps uniform air velocity within work area.

Electrical & Power Requirements: All electrical components are UL Approved. Standard 115V, 15 Amp, 1 pH, 60 Hz. SJO power cord w/ 3-prong ground plug. NEC Electrical Code

Motor/Blower Assembly: High efficiency motors reduce electrical load. Motors are thermally protected & self-lubricating. Impellor motors or High capacity blowers with direct drive motors. Statically balanced to maintain constant airflow. Motors/Blowers maintain constant required airflow rate up to 2x the initial static pressure.

Lighting: Recessed 2 pin fluorescent lighting. 125 ft. Candle +/- 20ft.Candles. Plastic prismatic lens cover maximizes light diffusion.

Controls: Solid state, adjustable airflow control, 80-120 fpm, 15A max. load capacity, Internally mounted to prohibit accidental change. Illuminated switches on face panel for motor & lights.
